The project entitled “Improving business processes by applying the ERP system” of Plastform d.o.o. is financed from structural funds and the EU Cohesion Fund under the program 2007-2013.
The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the increased economic activity and competitiveness of Plastform d.o.o. by using information technology and investing in digital technology. The specific objective/purpose of the project is increased regional competitiveness and efficiency of the company, increased growth and development through the implementation of advanced e-business models.
The construction of a complete production and business information system will improve the current information system in the company, i.e. it will accelerate the functions in the company related to production planning, production monitoring, warehouse management, procurement, commercial, sales, CRM, bookkeeping and will provide quality analysis and statistics of business results in a way that will integrate all functions into one unit and will enable safer and more successful decision-making.
This will be achieved by investing in an ERP business information system. Cost monitoring, inventory optimization, acceleration of business processes in the supply chain, sales and production, real-time reporting are just some of the results of using the ERP system. Without a quality ERP system, it is difficult to improve our business, and the time in which we are right now requires business entities precisely the quality of business.
The total value of the project is HRK 617,500.00, while the EU share of project financing is HRK 347,900.00. The project implementation period is from 08 July 2015 to 01 April 2016 for a period of 9 months.
