The project was co-financed by the European Union through the recovery Facility for Cohesion and European territories – REACT EU.

The implementation of this project stems from the defined needs of enterprises and markets. With the implementation of this project PLASTFORM d.o.o. will optimize business organization using digital technology, increase resource efficiency and reduce waste generation during production and introduce more energy efficient solutions. PLASTFORM d.o.o. will also strengthen its competitiveness on the domestic and foreign markets, increase the number of employees and strengthen its capacities for resilience in crisis conditions. Project activities are carried out at two locations of the company, in Sesvete and In Kompolje.

The implementation of the project started on 31 May 2021 and the duration of the project was 28 months, i.e. until 30 September 2023.

  • The activities of the project are:
  • Investment in tangible and intangible assets in order to achieve more energy efficient and environmentally friendly production through (Sesvete):
  • introduction of new technological solutions (procurement of new machinery and associated equipment, which together with new machinery in production forms a complementary unit with the purpose of expanding the capacity of the existing business unit);
  • the introduction of technological measures to increase the economy of production units; introducing ERP solutions with the purpose of optimizing existing production and work processes and educating employees to work in the ERP system
  • Improving and innovating processes and business organization through:
  • introducing digital models for the organization and introducing business models to increase resource utilization and reduce waste materials and introduce risk-resistant and external impact business models
  • Investment in tangible and intangible assets in order to achieve more energy efficient and environmentally friendly production through (Kompolje):
    ▪ Expansion of production capacities by building a production hall with a
    ▪ warehouse  Introduction of new technological solutions (procurement of new machines and associated equipment that together with new machines in production forms a complementary whole with the purpose of expanding the capacity of the existing business unit)
    ▪ Introduction of technological measures to increase the economy of production units
    ▪ Introduction of CRM solutions with the purpose of optimizing existing production and work units
  • Improving and innovating processes and business organization through:
    ▪ Introduction of digital models for organization
    ▪ Introduction of business models to increase resource efficiency and reduce waste materials and introduction of risk and external impact resistant business models

Total value of the project: 26.123.554,84 HRK

Total eligible costs: 18.734.162,03
